Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until combined. 2. Gradually add milk and continue whisking. 3. Fold in the wet flour gently, mixing until smooth but not overworked. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. 5. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan to form a pancake. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges set and bottom is lightly golden. 7. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes. 8. Remove from pan and serve warm with your choice of toppings.
