Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant. 3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. 4. Stir in red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes. 5. Add diced mango, soy sauce, and chili sauce; stir gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes until warmed through. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro. 7. Serve immediately, optionally with steamed rice or noodles.
