Steps

1. In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and cornflour. 2. Mix everything well to form a smooth dough. 3. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape each into a flat round patty. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Shallow fry the patties until golden brown and crisp on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. 7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
