Steps

5. Toss the potato slices in the spicy oil mixture until evenly coated.
6. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until chips are crispy and golden.
8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
