Steps

1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. 2. Spread the mayonnaise or mustard evenly over the tortilla. 3. Layer the turkey slices on top. 4. Add the cheddar cheese slices. 5. Place the fresh spinach evenly over all. 6. Season with a little salt and pepper. 7. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go. 8. Slice in half if preferred and pack for lunch.
