Steps
1. In a bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes if using.
4. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
5. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
6. Grill chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
7. Meanwhile, prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
8. Serve hot chicken souvlaki with a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce.
