Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add squid rings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the squid turns opaque and is just cooked through.
4. Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Add chili flakes if using.
5. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
