Steps
1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
4. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving.
5. Flip the chicken and cook another 6-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
6. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken in the last minute of cooking.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
