Steps
1. Pat the cod fillet dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Place the cod fillet in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden.
5. Flip the cod and pour the lemon herb mixture over it.
6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove from heat and serve immediately with your choice of side.
