Sugar-Free Avocado Egg Salad

A creamy, low-carb egg salad using ripe avocado as a natural binder. Perfectly seasoned and quick to prepare, this dish is sugar-free and uses only five ingredients.

Steps

1. Hard boil the eggs: place eggs in a pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Drain the hot water and cool eggs under cold running water, then peel. 3. In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. 4. Chop the eggs and add them to the mashed avocado. 5. Mix in the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until well combined. 6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
