Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 5. Pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes; cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. 6. Flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. 7. Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt.
