Steps
1. Pound chicken breast to even thickness.
2. Set out three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, one with crushed cereal mixed with Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with cereal mixture.
4. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a nonstick pan.
5. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
