Steps
1. Clean the octopus and simmer in boiling salted water for 45 minutes until tender. Drain and pat dry.
2. Marinate octopus with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
4. Grill octopus for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and crispy.
5. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
6. Drizzle the lemon garlic sauce over the grilled octopus.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
