Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and let it sit for at least 20 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 4. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. 5. While the chicken grills, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cucumber slices, and radishes in a bowl. 6.
