Garlic Broccoli Tomato Pasta

Steps

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. 2. During the last 3 minutes of pasta cooking, add broccoli florets to the boiling water. 3. Drain pasta and broccoli together and set aside. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 5. Add diced tomatoes to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. 6. Toss the cooked pasta and broccoli into the pan with the tomatoes and garlic. Mix well. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
