Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add grated ginger and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Stir in bell peppers and broccoli, cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. 5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey; stir well to combine and heat through. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion if desired. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
