Steps

1. Marinate the chicken breast in the brewed black tea, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade sauce. 4. Cook the chicken breast for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown. 5. In the same pan, add the reserved marinade and simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens into a glaze. 6. Pour the ginger tea glaze over the cooked chicken. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
