Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. 4. Stir in butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest, coating the shrimp well. 5. Remove shrimp from heat. 6. Mix cooked rice with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. 7. Plate the lemon herb rice and top with garlic butter shrimp. 8. Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve immediately.
