Steps

1. Brew strong black tea and allow it to cool. 2. In a bowl, combine cooled tea, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Marinate the chicken breast in the tea mixture for at least 30 minutes. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 5. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. 6. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet, bring to a simmer, and cook until slightly thickened to form a glaze. 7. Brush the glaze over the chicken. 8. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
