Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden.
4. In a small bowl, mix honey, ketchup, and mayonnaise until smooth.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce heat to low and spread shredded cheese evenly on top.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove from heat, drizzle the honey-ketchup-mayo sauce over the cheesy chicken.
