Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over, and cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
