Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
3. While the chicken cooks, wash and slice the strawberries.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey to make the glaze.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
6. In a salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, walnuts, and feta cheese.
7. Add the sliced chicken on top and drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
8. Toss gently and serve immediately.
