Steps
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Carefully open the whole wheat pita and stuff it with the spinach and feta mixture.
