Savory Spinach and Feta Omelette

Steps

1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 3. Add the bell pepper and onion, sauté until softened. 4. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. 5. Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables in the pan. 6. Sprinkle feta cheese on top. 7. Cook until the omelette is set, then fold it in half. 8. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
