Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix the jelly with soy sauce.
5. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the jelly mixture over the chicken to glaze it.
6. Remove chicken and let it rest for 2 minutes.
7. Stir chopped fresh herbs into the cooked rice.
8. Serve the glazed chicken over the herb rice.
