Lemon Herb Pan-Seared Fish

A light and flavorful pan-seared fish dish infused with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Steps

1. Pat the fish fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Place the fish fillet in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden. 5. Flip the fish and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily. 6. Remove the pan from heat, squeeze lemon juice over the fish, and sprinkle with lemon zest and chopped parsley. 7. Serve immediately with your choice of side.
