Steps
1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Serve with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
