Lemon Herb Garlic Chicken Thigh

A juicy, flavorful chicken thigh marinated in lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs, then pan-seared to golden perfection. This simple yet delicious main dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or rice.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. 2. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thigh and let marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 4. Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and cook for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown. 5. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-6 minutes until cooked through. 6. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes. 7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve.
