1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. 4. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. 5. Carefully flip the salmon and pour the lemon juice over it. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
