Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, combine the dark chocolate, basil, and cream cheese until well mixed. 3. Carefully slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast. 4. Fill the pocket with the chocolate mixture and secure it with toothpicks if necessary. 5. Season the outside of the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 6. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). 8. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
