Indomie Fish Stir-Fry

A flavorful fusion of Indonesian instant noodles with tender fish fillets, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

Steps

1. Cook the Indomie noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. 3. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. 4. Add the seasoned fish fillet and cook until golden brown on both sides. 5. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside. 6. In the same pan, sauté onions and bell pepper until slightly softened. 7. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. 8. Slice the cooked fish and add it back to the pan. Stir-fry everything together for a couple of minutes. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!

1 packet of Indomie noodles, 1 fish fillet (such as tilapia or cod), 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 clove of garlic (minced), 1/2 small onion (sliced), 1/2 bell pepper (sliced), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, Salt and pepper to taste
