Steps
1. Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.
2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Gradually add water while stirring until you get a smooth batter.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Dip each banana half into the batter, coating it evenly.
6. Fry the coated bananas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
8. While still hot, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
9. Serve immediately for the best combination of warm banana and melted cheese.
