1. Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise. 2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 3. Gradually add water while stirring until you get a smooth batter. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 5. Dip each banana half into the batter, coating it evenly. 6. Fry the coated bananas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. 7. Remove and drain on paper towels. 8. While still hot, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top. 9.
