Steps

1. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, mekelesha, chicken masala powder, black seeds, berbere, salt, and black pepper. 2. Dip each mozzarella stick into the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the spiced breadcrumb mixture. 3. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating once more. 4. Place the coated sticks on a tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes to prevent cheese from melting too quickly when frying. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. 6. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 7. Remove and drain on paper towels. 8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
