Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
4. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side.
5. Flip the chicken and brush the honey mustard glaze generously on the cooked side.
6. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, brushing more glaze on the other side as it cooks, until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
