Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the minced ginger and garlic, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Stir in the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots; cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken and vegetables. 6. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 7.
