Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are crispy and florets are tender.
5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice if using.
