Cheesy Garlic Herb Bread Bowl

A warm, crispy bread bowl filled with a creamy cheesy garlic herb filling. Perfect for a comforting and hearty main dish using simple bread and a few added ingredients.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create a bowl, leaving about a 1-inch thick shell. 3. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined. 4. Spoon the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl. 5. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the bread bowl shell. 6. Place the filled bread bowl and its top on a baking sheet. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden and crispy. 8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then enjoy warm by tearing off pieces of the bread bowl and dipping into the cheesy filling.
