Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
5. Pour the ginger-honey sauce over the chicken in the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken to glaze it.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
