Steps
1. Marinate the beef strips in brewed coffee, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic for 15 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Remove vegetables and set aside.
5. Add marinated beef to the pan; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
6. Return the vegetables to the pan; stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot over cooked rice.
