Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add zucchini noodles.
6. Toss zucchini noodles in butter for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
7. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix well.
8. Return shrimp to skillet and combine with noodles.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
