Steps

1. Boil yuca chunks in salted water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain and set aside. 2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant. 4. Add diced tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. 5. Stir in the drained tuna, cooked yuca, and rice noodles; toss gently to combine and warm through. 6. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. 7. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
