Steps
1. In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
4. Thread chicken pieces and pineapple chunks alternately onto the skewer.
5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
6. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
