Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced peppers and sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened. 3. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and stir to combine with the peppers. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta and cover the skillet with a lid. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted. 6. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
