1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. 3. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and the glaze is caramelized. 4. Meanwhile, peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them with milk and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Serve the honey glazed chicken on top of the cheesy potato mash.
