Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Spread the frozen fries on a baking tray and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form small meatballs about 2 cm in diameter.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken meatballs for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4. Once fries are done, transfer them to an oven-safe dish. Place cooked meatballs evenly over the fries.
5. Sprinkle both cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the meatballs and fries.
6. Place the dish back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbles.
7. Optionally, drizzle marinara sauce over the top before serving for extra flavor.
