Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 3. In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. 4. Add pear slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. 5. Drizzle honey over the pears and cook for another 2 minutes until caramelized. 6. Place the cooked chicken on a plate, top with caramelized pears and crumbled goat cheese. 7. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
