Avocado Spinach Breakfast Wrap

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. 2. Crack the egg into the pan and cook to your preference (scrambled or fried). 3. While the egg cooks, mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. 4. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat and spread the mashed avocado evenly. 5. Add the fresh spinach leaves evenly over the avocado. 6. Place the cooked egg on top of the spinach. 7. Dollop cottage cheese over the egg. 8. Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. 9. Optional: Cut in half and serve immediately.
