Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.

3. In another bowl, combine the almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
