Steps

1. Brew strong black tea and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, mix the tea, grated ginger, honey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 5. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden. 6. Pour the reserved marinade into the pan, bring to a simmer, and cook until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 7. Serve the chicken topped with the ginger glaze sauce.
