Steps

1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Heat olive oil in the skillet or brush it on the grill. 4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. 5. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar and honey to create the glaze. 6. In the last minute of cooking, brush the chicken with the balsamic glaze. 7. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. 8. While the chicken rests, toss the sliced strawberries with a pinch of salt and set aside. 9. Slice the chicken and serve it topped with the fresh strawberries and a drizzle of any remaining balsamic glaze. 10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
